Each recipe in this cookbook is a full meal featuring a lean protein, healthy carbohydrate, and lots of non-starchy vegetables. This cookbook is divided up into three categories: Easiest, Very Easy, and Easy – so you can choose your dinner based on how busy your schedule is that day. In addition to writing each recipe for 2 or 4 servings, each recipe has additional notes with the full nutrition facts, more time saving tips, and ways to make the recipe into a vegetarian meal as well.
