Our Licensed and Registered Dietitian’s take a weight-inclusive approach to care. Rather than using weight as the primary indicator for health – we focus on behavior change and modifiable outcomes instead. How It Works

Step 1 – Get In Touch
We offer a FREE 15 minute discovery call where we will talk about your health goals, your challenges and how Brittany Jones Nutrition Group can help. Together, we come up with a plan to help you succeed.

Step 2 – Initial Session
Each of our packages offers a 60 or 90 minute initial consultation where we will discuss your health/nutrition/movement/body image history, and set up an action plan together to reach your goals. Before each initial session, the client will fill out an electronic intake form to streamline the process.

Step 3 – It’s Like Having A Dietitian in Your Pocket
Behavior change takes time and support, and we will be here to help you every step of the way. In addition to scheduled follow-up appointments and customized meal plans, we utilize the Healthie app to stay in touch with our clients. We are on your team and are here to support you any time you need it!
